(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Gorchymyn)

O dan erthygl 20(1) o Orchymyn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (Cynrychiolaeth y Bobl) 1999 (O.S. 1999/450) (“Gorchymyn 1999”) mae hawl swyddog canlyniadau mewn etholiad i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru i adennill costau mewn perthynas â gwasanaethau neu dreuliau'r person hwnnw ar gyfer, neu mewn cysylltiad ag etholiad o'r fath yn ddibynnol ar y canlynol, sef—

(a)bod y gwasanaethau neu'r treuliau o'r math a nodir mewn Gorchymyn o dan y ddarpariaeth honno,

(b)bod y gwasanaethau yn cael eu darparu'n briodol a bod y treuliau wedi'u tynnu'n briodol, ac

(c)bod y taliadau mewn perthynas â hwy yn rhesymol.

Gwneir y Gorchymyn hwn o dan erthygl 20 o Orchymyn 1999 ac mae'n diddymu Gorchymyn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (Taliadau Swyddogion Canlyniadau) 1999. Mae'n nodi gwasanaethau a threuliau o'r math y cyfeirir atynt uchod.

Mae Rhan I o'r Atodlen i'r Gorchymyn hwn yn disgrifio'r mathau o wasanaethau a ddarperir gan swyddog canlyniadau ar gyfer, neu mewn cysylltiad ag etholiad i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru y mae hawl gan y person hwnnw i adennill taliadau mewn cysylltiad â hwy ac mae'n nodi'r uchafsymiau y gellir eu hadennill mewn perthynas â'r gwasanaethau hynny.

Mae Rhannau II a III o'r Atodlen yn disgrifio'r mathau o dreuliau a dynnir gan swyddog canlyniadau ar gyfer, neu mewn cysylltiad ag etholiad i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru y mae hawl gan swyddog canlyniadau i adennill taliadau mewn perthynas â hwy ac mae'n nodi (yn achos Rhan II) yr uchafsymiau y gellir eu hadennill mewn perthynas â'r treuliau hynny.
