2. The classes of persons specified in Articles 3 and 4 of the Persons subject to Immigration Control (Housing Authority Accommodation and Homelessness) Order 2000(1) are specified for the purposes of Section 118(1) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 in relation to Wales and expressions used in those Articles have the meaning given to them by Article 2 of that Order.
