Amendments to Commission Regulation (EU) No 63/2011

5.—(1) Commission Regulation (EU) No 63/2011 is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 6 (reduction target for a derogation pursuant to Article 11(4) of Regulation (EC) No 443/2009), in paragraph 4, for “25%” substitute “45%”.

(3) In point 4 of Annex 2, for “25%” substitute “45%”.

(4) In the heading to Annex 5, for “25%” substitute “45%”.
