The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14, 15 and 17(2) and (3) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000(1) and paragraph 91 of Schedule 4 and paragraph 55 of Schedule 8 to the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020(2).

2000 c. 12; section 17 was amended by the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 (c. 12) (“the 2020 Act”), section 7 and Schedule 9, paragraph 21, and S.I. 2009/1804. Section 17(1) defines “regulations”.
