The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14, 15 and 17(2) and (3) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 20001 and paragraph 91 of Schedule 4 and paragraph 55 of Schedule 8 to the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 20202.
