Amendment of 2020 Order
2.—(1) The Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Designation of Police Area Returning Officers) Order 2020(1) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit article 4 (revocation and saving).
(3) In the table in Schedule 1 (police area returning officers: England)—
(a)in the entry relating to the police area of Surrey, in column 2, for “Reigate” substitute “Runnymede and Weybridge”;
(b)omit the entry relating to the police area of West Yorkshire(2).
(4) In the table in Schedule 2 (police area returning officers: Wales), in the entry relating to the police area of Dyfed-Powys, in column 2, for “Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire” substitute “Ceredigion”.

The Mayor of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, first to be elected on 6th May 2021, will exercise the functions of the police and crime commissioner for West Yorkshire, and no further elections of the latter office will take place (S.I. 2021/112, Part 10).
