53. Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 of 3 November 2011 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to civil aviation aircrew pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council is amended in accordance with regulations 54 to 58.
54. In Article 4b (upset prevention and recovery training), in paragraph 2, in the last sentence, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

58.—(1) Annex 6 (Part-ARA) is amended as follows.

(3) In Subpart ATO (specific requirements related to approved training organisations), in point ARA.ATO.110, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
