The Common Fisheries Policy (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 404/2011 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy U.K.

5.—(1) Despite the revocation of Articles 6(5), 16, 25, 37, 55, 74, 79, 103, 105, 106, 107, 111, 116, 117 and 118 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 404/2011 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy continues to have effect and is amended as follows.
