Regulation 4(3)
“in accordance with:
(a)in relation to the use of activated alumina to remove fluoride from natural mineral water or spring water in England, regulation 16(3) of the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (England) Regulations 2007(1);
(b)in relation to the use of activated alumina to remove fluoride from natural mineral water or spring water in Northern Ireland, regulation 27(1) of the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(2);
(c)in relation to the use of activated alumina to remove fluoride from natural mineral water or spring water in Scotland, regulation 16(1)(b) of the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2007(3);
(d)in relation to the use of activated alumina to remove fluoride from natural mineral water or spring water in Wales, regulation 27(1) of the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Wales) Regulations 2015(4).”
