(a)in paragraph 2—
(i)in the first subparagraph, omit “of its home Member State”;
(ii)omit the fifth subparagraph;
(b)in paragraph 3—
(i)for “a competent”, substitute “the competent”;
(ii)at the end, insert “This paragraph does not apply in relation to a registration document forming part of a prospectus deemed to be approved by the competent authority in accordance with regulation 73 of the Official Listing of Securities, Prospectus and Transparency (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.”(1);

(g)for paragraph 14, substitute—
“14. The Treasury may make regulations to supplement this Regulation by specifying the criteria for the scrutiny and review of the universal registration document and any amendments thereto, and the procedures for the approval and filing of those documents as well as the conditions under which the status of frequent issuer is lost.”.
