Payment of fees
3.—(1) The fees set out in the second column of Table 1 of Schedule 1 are to be paid by the diocesan board of finance.
(2) The fees set out in the third column of Table 1 and in Table 2 of Schedule 1 are to be paid by the diocesan bishop or archbishop (1).

Section 86(6) of the 2018 Measure provides that any sum paid by a bishop or archbishop by virtue of any order made under the 2018 Measure shall be reimbursed by the Church Commissioners.
