The M20 Junction 10a Development Consent Order 2017

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order authorises Highways England to construct a new junction 10a on the M20 and carry out all associated works.

The Order permits Highways England to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.

The Order also makes provision in connection with the maintenance of the authorised development.

A copy of the plans, engineering drawings and sections, book of reference and environmental statement mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 44 (certification of plans, etc.) may be inspected free of charge during working hours at Highways England, Bridge House, 1 Walnut Tree Close, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4LZ.
