10.146. Discharge does not release the bankrupt from any obligation arising—
(a)under a confiscation order made under section 1 of the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986(1);
(b)under a confiscation order made under section 1 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987(2);
(c)under a confiscation order made under section 71 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988(3);
(d)under a confiscation order made under Parts 2, 3 or 4 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002(4); or
(e)from a payment out of the social fund under section 138(1)(b) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992(5) by way of crisis loan or budgeting loan.
