Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (“CILEx”) has applied to the Legal Services Board (“the Board”) under paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to the Legal Services Act 2007(1) (“the Act”).
The Board has made a recommendation to the Lord Chancellor under paragraph 16(2) of Schedule 4 to the Act, having complied with the requirements of paragraphs 5, 9 and 11 to 16 of that Schedule and having granted CILEx’s application.
The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order under paragraph 17 of Schedule 4 to the Act.
In accordance with section 206(5) of the Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
