65.—(1) In Schedule 4 (entitlement to registration and legal incapacity to vote in Gibraltar)(1), in paragraph 4 (legal incapacity to vote of offenders detained in mental hospitals), in sub-paragraph (2)(a), for “section 251, 252 or 256(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act” substitute “sections 662(2)(a) or (b) of the Criminal Procedure and Evidence Act 2011”.
(2) In that paragraph, in sub-paragraph (2)(b), for “section 257 of the Criminal Procedure Act” substitute “section 668 or 669 of the Criminal Procedure and Evidence Act 2011”.
