18. Regulations 16 and 17 do not apply in relation to persons who are included on the prohibited list under section 141C(2) of the Education Act 2002(1).
Section 141C(2) allows the Secretary of State to include on the list of names of persons in relation to whom a prohibition order has effect, the name of any person who has been prohibited from teaching in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
