15. The Housing Act 1985(1) is amended as follows.
1985 c.68. Section 6A was inserted by paragraph 107 of Schedule 17 to the Housing Act 1988 (c. 50) and paragraph 5 of Schedule 16 to the Government of Wales Act 1998 (c. 38). Section 82A was inserted by section 14 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (c. 38). Section 92(2A) was inserted by section 163 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (c. 42). Section 106A was inserted by section 6 of the Housing and Planning Act 1986 (c. 63). Section 429A was inserted by section 16 of the Housing and Planning Act 1986 (c. 63) and subsection (2A) was inserted by paragraph 54 of Schedule 17 to the Housing Act 1988 (c.50). Sections 450A and B were inserted by section 5 of the Housing and Planning Act 1986 (c. 63). Section 554(2A) was inserted by paragraph 61 of Schedule 17 to the Housing Act 1988 (c. 50). Ground 10A in Part 2 of Schedule 2 was inserted by section 9 of the Housing and Planning Act 1986 (c. 63).
