10.—(1) The wards of the parish of North Horsham are abolished(1).
(2) The parish is divided into five wards named respectively—
(a)Holbrook East;
(b)Holbrook West;
(c)Roffey North;
(d)Roffey South East;
(e)Roffey South West.
(3) Each ward comprises the area designated on sheet 2 of the map by the name of the ward and demarcated by orange lines.
(4) Six councillors are to be elected for Roffey North ward.
(5) Five councillors are to be elected for Holbrook East ward.
(6) Four councillors are to be elected for Holbrook West ward.
(7) Three councillors are to be elected for Roffey South East ward.
(8) One councillor is to be elected for Roffey South West ward.
The parish wards that are abolished were established by the District of Horsham (Electoral Changes) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/2890),
