Coming into force in accordance with regulation 2
M1M2The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15 and 17 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 and sections 1101, 1292, 1294 and 1296 of the Companies Act 2006 .
In accordance with section 17(4) and (5)(b) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 and sections 1101(2), 1290 and 1294(6) of the Companies Act 2006, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
