10. The Lands Tribunal Act 1949(1) is amended as follows.
1949 c. 42. Section 2 was amended by section 50(1) of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 (c.35); section 36 of and Schedule 4 to the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 (c.20); section 71(2) of and paragraph 7 of Schedule 10 to the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 (c.41); section 26 of and paragraph 31 of Schedule 6 to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (c.8); section 125 of and paragraph 9 of Schedule 8 to the Scotland Act 1998 (c.46); sections 15(1), 59(5) and 146 of and paragraph 34 of Schedule 4, paragraph 5 of Schedule 11 and Part 2 of Schedule 18 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c.4); and section 50 of and paragraph 5 of Schedule 10 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c.15). Section 3 was amended by section 50(2) of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 (c.35), and by section 18(1) of and Schedule 3 to the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 (c.53) and subsection 6C was inserted by section 193 and paragraph 3 of Schedule 33 to the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (c.65).
