The Lord Chief Justice, in exercise of his powers under sections 115, 120 and 121 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005(1), and with the agreement of the Lord Chancellor, the Lord President of the Court of Session and the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland, makes the following Regulations:
