2. In these Regulations—
(a)“the WEEE Directive” means Council Directive 2002/96/EC(1) on waste electrical and electronic equipment as amended by Council Directive 2003/108/EC(2);
(b)“the 1994 Regulations” means the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994(3);
(c)“site licence” has the same meaning as in the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
