5.—(1) The Kingston upon Hull (Bransholme Area) Education Action Zone Order 1998(1) is varied as follows:
(2) the words in Schedule 1 after, “The following persons are “partners” for the purposes of appointing additional members of the Forum:”, are deleted and instead is inserted:
