58.—(1) The decision of the court on each finding, and (except where the decision is to quash the finding) the reasons for it, shall be announced separately in open court by the judge advocate.
(2) The decision of the court on a finding, and the reasons for it, shall be recorded in writing and dated and signed by the members of the court hearing the appeal.
