The Construction Contracts (Scotland) Exclusion Order 1998

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 106(1)(b) and 146(1) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 19961 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order, a draft of which has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, each House of Parliament:
