Enforcement

14.  Any test of goods purchased under section 28 or seized under section 29 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (which relate to enforcement) by or on behalf of an enforcement authority for the purpose of ascertaining whether the provisions of these Regulations have been contravened shall in all cases be carried out in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 2 to 5 of Schedule 8 and any test for which a method is specified in paragraph 6 of Schedule 8 shall be carried out in accordance with that method.
