The Motorways Traffic (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1995

The Secretary of State for Transport, (as respects England) and the Secretary of State for Wales, (as respects Wales) in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(2) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1) (“the 1984 Act”) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 134(2) of the 1984 Act, hereby make the following Regulations:

1984 c. 27. Section 17 was amended by paragraphs 28 and 29 of Schedule 8 to and Schedule 9 to the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (c. 22) and paragraph 25 of Schedule 4 to and Schedule 8 to the Road Traffic Act 1991 (c. 40).
