Minimum size of agricultural parcel
4.—(1) Subject to Article 3(1) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 2293/92 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1765/92 with regard to the set-aside scheme referred to in Article 7((1)) and to paragraph (2) below, for the purposes of Article 4(7) of Commission Regulation 3887/92, the minimum size of an agricultural parcel in respect of which an application may be made shall be 0.1 hectare.
(2) In the case of a plot of land used for seed production or research the minimum size of an agricultural parcel in respect of which an application may be made shall be 0.01 hectare.
