Interpretation of Part III
13.—(1) In this Part–
“Regulation 823/87” means Council Regulation (EEC) No. 823/87 laying down special provisions relating to quality wines produced in specified regions(1);
“quality wines psr” has the meaning assigned to it by Article 1(2) of Regulation 823/87;
“specified regions” mean, unless the context otherwise requires, Southern Counties and Northern Counties as defined in regulation 14.
(2) Other expressions used in this Part have, in so far as the context admits, the same meanings as in Regulation 823/87.
