Fees relating to designation of approved bodies

3.  The fees payable in connection with the services provided by the Department of Trade and Industry in pursuance of the relevant Community obligations relating to the designation of approved bodies (implemented by regulation 9 of the principal Regulations) shall be determined and payable in accordance with Schedule 1 to these Regulations, whether the body is designated or not.
