55. Any consent or undertaking in an Application may be given by or on behalf of any party or parties thereto in letters or Minutes or verbally, either in open Court or during an inspection made by a member or members of the Court, of the lands or other subjects to which the Application relates, provided that, where such verbal consent or undertaking forms the basis of, or a material element in, any Order of Court, its tenor shall be set out in such Order or in a note appended thereto.
