The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 103(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1967(1) and section 193(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1972(2), now vested in him(3), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 107(2) of the said Act of 1967 and with section 199(2) of the said Act of 1972, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
section 103(1) of which Act has been amended by section 24 of the Transport Act 1981 (c. 56).
section 193(1) of which Act has been amended by section 24 of the Transport Act 1981.
As regards by S.I. 1970/1681, 1979/571 and 1981/238 and as regards by S.I. 1979/571 and 1981/238.
