SCHEDULE 2 INSTRUMENTS TO WHICH LOSS OR DIMINUTION IS ATTRIBUTABLE AND THE RESPECTIVE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES, COMPENSATING AUTHORITIES AND MATERIAL DATES
