When an adjudication of any such lease [F1registered or recorded] or assignation in security recorded as aforesaid shall have been obtained against the party vested in the right thereof respectively, or against the heir of such party, the [F2registering or] recording of the abbreviate of adjudication in the register in which the lease is [F3registered or] recorded shall complete the right of the adjudger to such lease or assignation in security.
