11In sections seventy to seventy-two of this Act, in their application to any finding or sentence made or awarded on summary trial under section forty-nine of this Act, and in section ninety-two of this Act, any reference to the Admiralty shall be construed—
(a)in relation to a member of the regular forces, as a reference to the Admiralty or the Army Council;
(b)in relation to a member of the regular air force, as a reference to the Admiralty or the Air Council.
