This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
(1)Subsection (7) of section one hundred and six of the Agriculture Act, 1947 (which makes it an offence to obstruct the exercise of any power of entry conferred by that Act, but not the exercise, after entry, of the default powers conferred by section one hundred of the Act), shall be amended by substituting for the words " obstructs any person authorised by the Minister or a smallholdings authority exercising any such power as aforesaid " the words " obstructs the exercise of any such power as aforesaid or of any other power conferred by subsection (2) of section one hundred of this Act".
(2)Subsection (7) of section eighty-two of the Agriculture (Scotland) Act, 1948 (which makes it an offence to obstruct the exercise of any power of entry conferred by that Act, but not the exercise, after entry, of the default powers conferred by section forty-one of the Act), shall be amended by substituting for the words " obstructs any person authorised by the Secretary of State exercising any such power as aforesaid " the words " obstructs the exercise of any such power as aforesaid or of any other power conferred by subsection (2) of section forty-one of this Act".
(3)Subsection (4) of section twenty-two of the Prevention of Damage by Pests Act, 1949 (which makes it an offence to Obstruct the exercise of the powers of entry conferred by that section, but not the exercise, after entry, of the default powers conferred by sections five, six and sixteen of that Act), shall be amended by substituting for the words " obstructs a person acting in the exercise of his powers under this section " the words " obstructs the exercise of (powers conferred by this section or by section five, subsection (1) of section six or subsection (1) of section sixteen of this Act".
