52Any reference in this Act to the power conferred by section thirty-one of the Land Compensation Act, 1961, to withdraw a notice to treat shall, in relation to any notice to treat falling within section forty-one of that Act, be construed as a reference to the corresponding power conferred by subsection (2) of section five of the Acquisition of Land (Assessment of Compensation) Act, 1919.
