Section 16 sets out the territorial extent of this Act.
The provisions of this Act extend and apply to England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This mirrors the territorial extent and application of the 1996 Act.
This Act does not extend to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the British Overseas Territories.
