Section 34 provides for the commencement of the provisions in the Act.
Subsection (2) specifies that section 34 comes into force on the day on which the Act is passed.
Subsection (3) provides that the other provisions of the Act will be brought into force by regulations made by the Secretary of State.
Subsection (4) provides that different days may be appointed for different purposes. In addition, the regulations may make transitional or saving provisions in connection with the coming into force of any provision in the Act.
