The Act will extend to England and Wales, and limited provisions to Northern Ireland and Scotland. The Act will apply in England and Wales. Limited provisions extend to Scotland and Northern Ireland, to ensure that certain insolvency proceedings could not be brought, or measures applied in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in respect of protected rent debt in England and Wales.
