Territorial extent and application
- This Act extends to England and Wales and Northern Ireland, however, as is clear from the text of the amendments to section 3 of the 2004 Act in section 1, the deemed consent provisions only apply in respect of activities carried out in England. Section 2(2) and (3) are to apply in Northern Ireland.
