106.Sections 21 to 24 amend various order making powers and court rule making powers in relation to Northern Ireland. Section 25 adds the Civil Service Commissioner for Northern Ireland to the list of disqualifying offices in the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975.
