1999 CHAPTER 31

An Act to make provision for the enforcement of contractual terms by third parties.

[11th November 1999]

Be it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Extent Information

E1Act extends to Northern Ireland but the operation of s. 9 is limited by application as mentioned in s. 9(1)

Commencement Information
