This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
A local authority may make byelaws with respect to the use of any land which is held by the authority by virtue of section 93 of the [1957 c. 56.] Housing Act 1957 (which contains supplementary powers to provide buildings or land in connection with the provision of accommodation) excluding any land covered by buildings or included in the curtilage of a building or forming part of a highway.
