17Remuneration and expenses of members of Commission for Local Authority Accounts
Schedule 8 to the Act of 1973 (provisions as to the Commission for Local Authority Accounts in Scotland) shall have effect as if after paragraph 3 there were inserted the following paragraph—
“3AThere may be paid to any member of the Commission out of their funds such salary or fees and allowances as may be approved by the Secretary of State.”.
