This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
(1)A county council shall have the same power of making byelaws in relation to their county, or to any specified part or parts thereof, as the council of a borough have of making byelaws in relation to their borough under section twenty-three of the [45 & 46 Vict. c. 50.] Municipal Corporations Act, 1882, and section one hundred and eighty-seven of the [38 & 39 Vict. c. 55.] Public Health Act, 1875, shall apply to such byelaws:
(2)Provided that byelaws made under the powers of this section shall not be of any force c effect within any borough.
