Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(4), 7(4) and 10(1) of, and paragraphs 4 and 6(4) of Schedule 2 to, the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974(1), makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 10(2) of that Act, a draft of the instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
