The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1(4), 2(1), 3(5) and 4 of schedule 19 and section 275 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.

1997 c. 8. Schedule 19 was inserted by section 14 of the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (asp 13). The functions of the Secretary of State under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of the Scotland Act 1998 (c. 46).
