11. Notwithstanding the repeal of sections 60 to 65G of the 1980 Act, the Education (Appeal Committee Procedures) (Scotland) Regulations 1982(1) shall continue to have effect in respect of any reference in terms of article 3 or any placing request, to which article 4 applies, made before the appointed day.
