Amendments to the Disease Control (Interim Measures) (Scotland) Order 2002

2.—(1) The Disease Control (Interim Measures) (Scotland) Order 2002(1) is amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.

(2) In article 4 (specific exemptions)–

(a) in paragraph (f) for “, ram or billy goat” substitute “or ram”; and

(b) after paragraph (q) insert–

“(r) movement of any animal by virtue only of the fact that it comes from premises onto which a goat of either sex has been brought for breeding purposes provided that it is intended to be used for those purposes shortly after being so brought on;

(s) movement of any animal by virtue only of the fact that it comes from premises to which a goat of either sex has been returned after being moved in accordance with paragraph (r)”.
