2.—(1) The Disease Control (Interim Measures) (Scotland) Order 2002(1) is amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.
(2) In article 4 (specific exemptions)–
(a)in paragraph (f) for “, ram or billy goat” substitute “or ram”; and
(b)after paragraph (q) insert–
“(r)movement of any animal by virtue only of the fact that it comes from premises onto which a goat of either sex has been brought for breeding purposes provided that it is intended to be used for those purposes shortly after being so brought on;
(s)movement of any animal by virtue only of the fact that it comes from premises to which a goat of either sex has been returned after being moved in accordance with paragraph (r)”.
